🎯 Your Mission
As a Product Designer at Zinco, you’ll design intuitive, beautiful, and smart experiences that make complex financial workflows simple.
You’ll lead the full design process — from research and prototyping to implementation — working closely with Product and Engineering to craft seamless, scalable solutions. Your work will shape how thousands of small businesses interact with their finances every day.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end design process, ensuring cohesive UX/UI across the platform.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver impactful, user-centered features.
- Conduct user research and testing to guide design decisions.
- Build and evolve Zinco’s Design System in Figma.
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback and analytics.
- Maintain consistency with Zinco’s visual identity and brand.
Requisitos mÃnimos
🧬 Who you are
- Based in Madrid (hybrid)
- 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tools.
- Mastery of Figma and strong understanding of design systems.
- Experience designing complex web apps and dashboards.
- Excellent eye for visual design and detail.
- Analytical mindset — you use data to validate your design choices.
- Curiosity for AI-assisted design tools like Galileo, Diagram, or Uizard.
