🧠About Zinco
At Zinco, we’re building the back-office of the future for millions of small businesses: accounting, taxes, payroll, financing — all powered by cutting-edge AI and a team of advisors who truly understand what matters to clients.
Technology powers everything. But real impact comes from people.
Our team is the engine behind Zinco: we help thousands of SMEs stay on top of their finances and taxes with accuracy, rigor, and a proactive mindset. By combining tech and human support, we free up business owners to focus on what really matters — growing their companies.
We’re now looking for someone to help shape how Zinco tells it story and turns real work into real growth.
🎯 Your mission
Help build and run Zinco’s content engine so it reliably creates demand, accelerates sales cycles, and unlocks expansion.
This is not a “post on social” role. It’s a commercial content role: you’ll turn founder POV, sales, and client teams to turn real insights, workflows, and proof into assets that drive revenue.
💼 What you’ll do
Build founder-led content (the core engine)
- Run weekly founder interviews to extract sharp POV and concrete insights.
- Ghostwrite high-signal posts in the founders’ voice (clear opinions, no generic fluff).
- Schedule and maintain an editorial backlog and publishing cadence (consistency > bursts).
- Repurpose intelligently: one insight → multiple formats (post, newsletter, sales asset).
Create proof that converts (sales + credibility assets)
- Produce case studies with real “before/after” narratives and measurable outcomes.
- Build objection-killers: switching costs, trust, accountability, price, “why now.”
- Write and ship landing pages for key segments/use cases (conversion-oriented).
- Package customer stories and workflow examples into reusable collateral.
Own distribution and growth loops
- Manage the primary channels (e.g., founder LinkedIn + newsletter) end-to-end.
- Design and run inbound campaigns (newsletter drops, webinars, content launches) with a clear commercial goal.
- Coordinate co-marketing content with partners (banks, SaaS tools, advisors) when relevant.
- Build lightweight SEO clusters only where Zinco can realistically win.
- Test formats and hooks; double down on what drives demos and qualified conversations.
Content operations and measurement
- Set up a content system: calendar, approvals, asset library, versioning, reuse.
- Track performance beyond vanity: assisted pipeline, demo conversion, sales cycle impact.
- Create a simple intake process so the team doesn’t derail the roadmap with random requests.
- Ensure content is usable by Sales and Client teams (not “marketing content” nobody touches).
Requisitos mĂnimos
🧬 Who you are
- Strong writer: you can write sharp, specific, high-clarity copy in Spanish and English. You have at least 2 years of experience in content, marketing, or communication.
- Commercial mindset: you think in pipeline, objections, conversion, and compounding effects.
- High judgment: you know what’s signal vs noise; you don’t hide behind “brand”.
- Client/Workflow curious: you can extract real insights from messy SME reality.
- Bonus: experience in B2B services, vertical SaaS, or tech-enabled marketplace/rollups.
🌟 Why this role is unique
- Direct leverage on growth: your work will show up in pipeline quality and sales velocity.
- Founder-level access: you’ll shape how Zinco communicates, not just execute tasks.
- Real proof, real clients: you’ll tell stories grounded in tangible workflows.
- Early builder energy: Small team, fresh canvas, big upside.
- Flexibility & hybrid work: we believe in ownership and responsibility over schedules. We trust people to manage their time and deliver results. We also value working side by side: we enjoy being together in the office around three days per week to collaborate, think, and build as a team.
- Tools & setup: AI-first tools and workflows, latest-generation hardware, and everything you need to work faster and better. If a tool helps you move quicker or think clearer, we want you to have it.
- Growth & development: You’ll have a dedicated training budget to invest in whatever helps you grow. We’re clear about where we are and where we’re going as a company, and you’ll have two performance reviews per year to support your development and career progression.
- Compensation: We believe in a meritocratic culture: your impact and results directly shape your growth and progression. We also offer flexible compensation (transport, restaurants, and other benefits) to make your day-to-day easier.
- Founder mindset & referrals: We like to grow with people who think like builders. That’s why we have a referral program — whether you bring great clients or future teammates.
