🧠About Zinco
At Zinco, we're building the back-office of the future for millions of small businesses: accounting, taxes, payroll, financing — all powered by cutting-edge AI and automation, delivered with the trust of real human advisors who truly understand what matters to clients.
We're early. We move fast. And we're looking for someone who thrives in that environment, not despite it.
🎯 Your mission
As an AI Product Manager, your mission is to compress the distance between idea and validated reality. You won’t wait for engineering capacity to explore whether something works — you'll build it yourself. Using AI tools, automation platforms, and low-code environments, you’ll ship functional prototypes end-to-end, put them in front of real users, and iterate fast enough that by the time a squad takes over, the hard questions are already answered.
You’re the person who turns “we think this might work” into “we know it works, here’s the evidence.”
🚀 What you’ll do
- Build AI-powered workflows that automate accounting and tax processes — built and tested by you before engineering touches them.
- Create functional prototypes of internal tools that improve advisor productivity and client experience.
- Develop automations and agent pipelines that validate operational hypotheses.
- Ship end-to-end features to prove value at small scale before being productized by the squad.
- Define clear thresholds for “ready for the squad” handoffs: what signals, retention, or operational evidence demonstrate success.
- Run lightweight user tests on prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate fast.
- Document learnings, not just specs, to help squads build on validated foundations.
- Share tools, patterns, and workflows that help the team build and validate faster — you’re a multiplier, not just an individual contributor.

🧬 What we’re looking for
Must-have:
- Hybrid role based in Madrid: collaborate in-person several days a week while enjoying flexible remote work.
- Proven builder experience: shipped working software, automations, or AI-powered workflows that real people used.
- Fluency with modern maker tools: comfortable with Cursor, Claude / AI coding assistants, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Thrive in ambiguity: structure fuzzy problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and bring order to chaos.
- Sharp product sense with a bias toward validation: focus on learning over perfection; make smart tradeoffs between fidelity and speed.
- Deep user empathy & strong UX instincts : understand first-time and power users, and know what good UX looks like.
- Ownership & extreme bias for action: build what’s needed to answer questions without waiting for permission.
- Comfortable with “good enough to learn”: know when to be scrappy vs. when to raise the bar.
- Influence without authority : align engineering, design, data, and docs through clarity and trust.
- Data fluency: strong intuition for interpreting signals from prototypes and experiments.
Nice-to-haves:
- Growth experimentation experience: designed/analyzed A/B tests and know when experiments aren’t the right tool.
- Entrepreneurial/early-stage experience: worn many hats and navigated multiple areas at once.
🌱 How we work
- Real problem, real users: You won’t build in a vacuum. Work closely with accountants, advisors, and small business owners — understand their pain firsthand and turn it into solutions that actually work.
- Flexibility & hybrid work: Ownership matters more than schedule. We value working side by side in the office to collaborate, think, and build as a team.
- Tools & setup: AI-first tools, automation platforms, low-code environments, and latest-generation hardware to move faster and think clearer.
- Growth & development: Dedicated training budget, clear company direction, and periodic performance reviews for career progression.
- Compensation: Meritocratic culture: your impact shapes your growth. Flexible benefits to make day-to-day easier.
